Magic Weave Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Magicweave Studios Private Limited ("Magic Weave", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Magic Weave mobile application and website (magicweave.app).

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the service and must discontinue use immediately.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Magic Weave grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the mobile application strictly for your personal, non-commercial, family bedtime storytelling purposes.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, nor use automated scrapers or bots to access or monitor the service.

Magic Weave is dedicated to providing an enriching, joyful experience for children and families. All users must adhere to strict community and safety standards. You agree NOT to input story prompts or character descriptions that:

• Contain sexually explicit, violent, gory, or abusive depictions inappropriate for children.
• Promote hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or self-harm.
• Infringe upon the trademark or copyright of third-party characters without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass our automated safety filters or guardrails.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that repeatedly attempts to generate inappropriate content.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Magic Coins)

Magic Weave may offer free story generation tokens, one-time credit packages ("Magic Coins"), and premium subscription tiers for unlimited storytelling, high-resolution picture generation, and audio narration.

• Billing: In-app purchases are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your device account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies.

Magic Weave is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for high narrative quality and educational value, generative AI can occasionally produce unexpected outputs. We encourage parents to read bedtime stories together with their children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magicweave Studios Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
